Wind Tunnel Test Airfoils

• A partnership between Boeing, Lockheed and NASA Ames Research Center commissioned RnR Products to produce airfoils for wind tunnel testing to reduce the landing noise of subsonic air transports.

• We submitted a bid below their projections, enabling them to double the number of test parts ordered and expand the scope of their experiment.

• Additional projects included an acoustics strut unit and wind tunnel flying test probe.
